When Choosing The Songs To Be Used Remember To:
- Discuss your selections with the team
- Choose high energy songs that are age appropriate
- Pop Warner teams - Remember, if there is a "clean version" and a "dirty version" to any song, it
can not be used. We follow Pop Warner rules pretty closely.

Coaches and Choreographers - PLEASE READ
When choosing Custom Cheer Mix to create your cheerleading music mixe(s), we ask that the
Head Coach of your Organization, or your Choreographer takes the responsiblity of ordering the
music. There are alot of teams that hire Choreographers to create their routine, or even give the Assistant
Coaches the job of ordering the music. Communication between all of the Coaches and Choreographer is a very
important factor when ordering your Cheerleading Music which in the end will save time and
money.
Please understand that no media, in any form (mp3 or
Cds) will be delivered to you until full payment has been received. Please do not get
offended if we deny your request to have a digital copy (mp3) emailed to you before your payment has been
received. You will receive your music once the payment has been received.
PLEASE NOTE! When the order form is submitted, you will be
directed to our secured credit card page. If you are paying by check or purchase order, an invoice will be
submitted to you. We will not start your music until the payment has been received. Credit cards are the
FASTEST way since we can process it here, and then send you your music.
WHEN CHOOSING SONGS: If you have certain sections of a
song that you would like to use, please list the verse as opposed to the time. There are so many variations of
songs distributed, if you list the verse (es) that you would like, it makes the process a lot more efficient as
opposed to the time.

UPDATED Payment

If you are paying by Purchase Order,
Check or Money Order - Once the
the music order is submitted and this is your elected payment type, you will
receive an invoice shortly after. If you are paying with a purchase order, we must
have the Purchase Order from the school/organization
before your music is completed.

NO MUSIC will be delivered until
your full payment has been received.

Once this form is submitted, you will be directed
to our payment page. If you are paying by credit card (which is the fastest),
input your information into the secured form. Once the music is completed, your
card is processed and then your music is delivered via email.

If you are paying by check/money order, an invoice
will be sent to you when the order is placed. The check/money order must be
received before the music is completed.

ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION WHICH IS NOT RESPONDED TO WILL BE
DELETED! REMEMBER TO KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR JUNK MAIL IN CASE IT ENDS UP
